How Edmunds maintains
Social Responsibility
Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation
Edmunds GovTech has been the primary sponsor of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation Guts & Glory 5k race since 1996. This event is held annually to raise awareness and funds to continue providing the individuals and families who are directly affected access to the services they need. Edmunds GovTech has proudly contributed in excess of $4.5 million for research grants and patient education through the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
For over 20 years, the Edmunds family has supported the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) by donating to The Edmunds Family Research Fund, which focuses on providing research into the cause and cure of inflammatory bowel disease through CHOP and the Robert & Martha Edmunds IBD Research Laboratory.

Environmental Responsibility
Carbon Footprint
At Edmunds, we understand that our actions as people and a company affect the amount of greenhouse gases in the world. We consciously make decisions to reduce our carbon footprint and therefore protect the planet.
Paperless Processes
We aim to reduce waste and costs associated with paper processes by utilizing cloud-based software and virtual communication methods internally.
Virtual Offerings
Our various offerings include a remote and hybrid work model as well as virtual software demonstrations. With these, we have reduced travel expenses and emissions from cars, planes, and other transportation methods.
How the Edmunds Family Gives Back
The Edmunds’ Family Charitable Trust
As of March 2023, $12.8mm has been donated to charitable causes supported by the family charitable trust. This has been made possible by the family we have at Edmunds GovTech and the support of local government customers. The largest recipient is the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, specifically in the area of IBD and microbiome research being done in the Robert & Martha Edmunds Research Laboratory.
South Jersey Select AAU Basketball
Since 2001, Edmunds GovTech has been the sole sponsor for South Jersey Select AAU Basketball, an elite AAU basketball program that has assisted hundreds of high school players from the southern New Jersey area. Through this program, players are able to attend college to play basketball and have received many scholarships for their outstanding performance.
