IT Services Engineer
Description
The IT Services Engineer is responsible for handling various operational tasks in the department, including supporting both internal and external users with their IT needs. This individual serves as an escalation point for other IT Services Engineers and along with the IT Manager, shares the responsibility of helping educate more junior team members.
Expectations
We rely on our IT Services Engineer to:
- Performs helpdesk support for Edmunds GovTech (EGT) and our contracted MSP clients
- First point of escalation for IT Services Engineers
- Monitors critical systems (e.g. VM Hosts, Datto, AWS, N-Able, etc.) to proactively troubleshoot any issues and ensure the company and its intellectual property is always protected
- Assists with configuration and setup of networks for contracted clients
- Maintains and monitors all devices for both EGT and MSP clients
- As needed, conducts on-site support for MSP clients for both network and computer issues
- Performs analysis and assessment of client networks to assist in evaluating end user needs and recommending appropriate hardware and software solutions
- Sets up new PCs for company staff and MSP clients, including configuration of needed software and drivers
- Helps administer various information systems (Office 365, Jive, KnowBe4, N-Able, etc.)
- Maintains and repairs network related equipment (e.g. routers, firewalls, switches) and peripheral devices
- Configures LAN/WAN/VLANS and manages network security to maintain privacy and protection from attack
- Performs regular upgrades to ensure systems remain current / patched
- Troubleshoots system failures and provide solutions to restore functionality

Administrative Office Assistant
Description
The Administrative Assistant will be friendly, professional, and have a good repour with all departments. Completing a variety of tasks in order to ensure all interactions with staff and customers are positive and productive. This position is located in Stroudsburg, PA. This position is part-time, approximately five hours per day Monday-Friday, with flexible start and end-times.
Expectations
We rely on our Administrative Office Assistant to:
- Enter and maintain accurate information in CRM platform, Salesforce
- Monitor Office Supplies, and order/replace as needed
- Monitor support tickets for accurate information and correct product placement
- Provide basic and accurate information to our clients verbally or by email

Project Coordinator
Position Description
The Project Coordinator is a key member of the Professional Services team and will report to the Director of Project Management. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the project onboarding processes within the Professional Services team and will support the Project Management function for all software implementations.
Expectations
Our Project Coordinators have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the initial onboarding process for all projects and meet our goal of first contact within 48 hours of contract signing
- Support the project management team to ensure all internal project tracking and resource management systems are accurate including JIRA and Salesforce
- Coordinate routine project touchpoints as needed
- Assist in scheduling of various project tasks and activities
- Attend project meetings and record minutes and tracking of action items
- Manage the scheduling of both training and add-on projects and oversee through completion
- Handle and escalate customer requests and inquiries related to software implementations as needed

Data Engineer
Position Description
Edmunds GovTech is a progressive rapidly growing provider of cloud-based software solutions for the local government market. We are searching for a Data Engineer who is passionate about software solutions to meet the growing needs of our expanding customer base.
The Data Engineer is responsible for migrating customer’s data from their legacy software applications stored in databases, reports, and other forms of data file structures to the client’s new Edmunds GovTech ERP system. This position will regularly engage with our customers and serve as a critical role on the project teams by developing conversion templates and conversion tools using Java, Python, SQL and other programming languages.
Expectations
We rely on our Data Engineers to:
- Develop data conversion programs using Java and other related technologies.
- Work with internal team members on mapping client’s legacy source data.
- Validate that data conversions meet customer expectations and requirements.
- Utilize a variety of tools and programs to facilitate the data conversion process.

Qualifications

Description
The Customer Support Specialist is the heartbeat of our organization. They provide exceptional customer support in a professional and positive manner while speaking to customer s via telephone or by email. Our Support Specialists are the subject matter experts of our local government ERP software applications.

Description
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for executing several critical activities throughout our ERP software implementations including gathering business and workflow requirements, gap analysis, data conversion review, validation, training, and system configuration.
Expectations
We rely on our Implementation Consultant to maintain and grow our customer relationships through:
- Lead clients through successful implementation of our Tax and Utility ERP Software Products
- Review and identify customer business process and workflow requirements

Project Manager
Position Description
The Project Manager is a key member of the Professional Services team and will report to the Vice President of Professional Services. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for software implementations and will take on the responsibility planning and monitoring the project plan through successful completion and go live.
Expectations
Our Project Managers have the following responsibilities:
- Develop, and manage the overall implementation project plan from start to finish for multiple ERP software projects concurrently
- Manage project communication for all internal and external project stakeholders
- Conduct kick-off meetings and consistent project touchpoints during the software implementation
- Deliver concise project updates as needed to internal and external project stakeholders and keep internal systems up to date
- Document and communicate lessons learned to continually improve implementation processes
- Manage assignment and calendars of project resources across Implementation and Data Services team to meet project objectives
- Work with other project managers to ensure overall team resources are utilized at capacity to deliver EGT software and meet business delivery and revenue objectives
Qualifications
