As we are coming to the end of 2020, I know we are all looking back on the challenges we have overcome this year, but I also know that we are looking forward to the new year. As we enter 2021, we do so with our heads held high and our focus set on continuously improving for our customers.

I would like to take some time to thank our valued clients for their continued business and dedication during this trying year. We have a deep appreciation for what each of you have done to support your citizens and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. We would also like to thank you for your patience as we adjusted to providing support and implementations remotely. We are committed to providing continued support to your evolving needs and ability to enable remote work.
