Edmunds GovTech Helps Raise Over $380k for Crohn’s & Ulcerative Colitis Research

Northfield, NJ – On August 11th, Edmunds GovTech (EGT) proudly hosted the 2024 Guts & Glory 5k Walk/Run in Ocean City, NJ. Marking their 28th consecutive year as the event’s lead sponsor, EGT continues its longstanding commitment to this meaningful cause.

The Guts & Glory 5k is a charity fundraiser done in partnership with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation (CCF). This year’s event raised over $380,000 in donations. All proceeds will go directly to the CCF.

“Over the past 28 years, your support has been a cornerstone in our efforts to make a significant difference for those suffering from Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis,” said Bob Edmunds, Race Chairman and Owner of EGT. “We sincerely thank Ocean City, NJ for once again hosting our event in the heart of summer at ‘America’s Greatest Family Resort.’ We can’t wait to welcome everyone back next year.”

Thanks to everyone involved, EGT was able to significantly add to their goal of increasing contributions to the more than $4,000,000 in funds raised since the event’s inception. This funding will not only increase awareness, but it will continue to provide the individuals and families who are directly affected access to the services they need.
