Edmunds GovTech, Inc. Acquires RosTech, Inc.

NORTHFIELD, NJ – Edmunds GovTech, Inc. (“EGT”), a leading provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions for local government, has acquired RosTech, Inc., a software company that specializes in serving small to mid-sized public utilities. RosTech will continue to run daily operations from its Bethesda, Maryland location as all company leadership and staff continue to provide the same level of support and dedication to serve current and future clients.
