The portal integrates with Utility Billing & Collections, reducing manual data entry, streamlining the process, and minimizing errors.
ViewPoint Utility Dashboard
The ViewPoint Utility Dashboard provides a holistic view of data and visual representations of Key Performance Indicators. Access and analyze critical data integrated from your meter software, parcel data, Edmunds’ Finance Super Suite, inventory module, work orders, and more.
Work Orders & Meter App
The Work Orders and Meter App allows users to record meter readings, view current readings, approve meter replacements, access work/service orders on mobile devices, and more. The app integrates with the Utility Billing & Collections system, automatically updating work orders and meter readings, simplifying task completion from the field.
Inventory Control & Mobile App
The Inventory App offers the benefits of our Inventory Control module while allowing inventory management from a mobile device. Users can easily track and store various items such as equipment, utility meters, office supplies, and vehicle supplies. Furthermore, the app includes an integrated barcode reader, enhancing the efficiency of inventory tracking.
Payments & Online Bill Pay
Our payment options allow residents and customers to pay utility bills online, over the phone, or in person. The Online Bill Pay portal, IVR system, and point-of-sale hardware automatically integrate into Utility Billing & Collections, reflecting payments while minimizing errors.
Fleet Maintenance
Fleet Maintenance integrates with Finance Super Suite‘s fixed assets section and provides the necessary tools to manage a fleet of vehicles. Users can easily track and record usage, assignment, location, warranty expiration, fuel and purchase information, VIN and license details, and more. This module records historical repairs for review at any time and enables automatic scheduling of future preventative maintenance using Work Orders.
Resident Self-Service Portal
Resident Self-Service is a web portal designed for residents to easily make requests, submit complaints, report issues, and track the status of their submissions. The portal features user-defined categories and customizable workflows, allowing requests to be assigned internally through Work Orders integrations. Additionally, it integrates with the MyTown app, enabling residents to access the same functionalities from their mobile devices.
MyTown App
The MyTown App allows municipalities, counties, and utilities to send information directly to residents. Communicate important updates such as meeting announcements, water boil advisories, and other valuable news. Residents must opt-in to receive notifications and can customize the types of information they wish to receive
