Ashu Agrawal is a Managing Director at TA Associates, based in the firm’s Menlo Park office. He helps lead TA’s investments in enterprise software and technology-enabled businesses, primarily in North America. In addition, he serves as a member of the firm’s Core Investment and Portfolio Committees. Ashu has more than 22 years of experience working with and investing in leading technology businesses, spanning application, infrastructure, security and vertical-market software and systems. Prior to joining TA in 2011, he was a Principal at Francisco Partners. Before that, Ashu worked in the Investment Banking Division, Leveraged Finance Group, at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ashu received a BS degree, summa cum laude, in Computer Science and an MEng in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA degree as a Baker Scholar with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School.
